A note on photos. If you pick an image from your photo library to use as a backdrop, the system photo picker hands only that one image to the app. If you save a finished image, the app asks iOS for permission to add it to Photos. Neither image is uploaded or shared with us; sending an image anywhere happens only when you choose to do so from the iOS share sheet.

2. Local Storage

The images you save, the app's in-app gallery and your settings are stored only on your device, inside the app's own storage.

This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not accessible to us or any third party
• Will be deleted automatically when you uninstall the app

You can remove any saved image at any time from the in-app gallery. Images you have already added to Photos are managed in the Photos app.

3. Third-Party Services

This application does not integrate with any third-party services. There are no:

• Advertising networks
• Analytics SDKs
• Social media plugins
• Cloud sync services
• External APIs or networking calls

The app works completely offline and requires no internet connection.

4. Children's Privacy

This application is rated 4+ and is designed to be safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, and the app's offline-only design ensures full compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

5. Data Security

Because this application does not collect or transmit personal information, there is no risk of remote data breach. Everything the app keeps is protected by your device's standard iOS security measures.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on our servers. You retain full control over the data the app keeps on your device, and may delete it at any time from the in-app gallery or by uninstalling the app.
